All of our gold jewellery will be dispatched using either Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Payment
PayPal - That being a secure on-line facility that enables you to pay via Credit/Debit Card. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to send us a payment. There is no charge to you, for using PayPal.
Paypal offers a secure method by which Credit Card and Debit Card transactions can be processed,similar to Worldpay. No information is retained on or through our web site and we have no access to your personal information, this is only available to Paypal who are regulated by legal codes of conduct.
You DO NOT need a Paypal account to make a one-off payment through Paypal.At the Paypal checkout page just enter your email address and the card payment page will come up without you having to create a Paypal account.
Returns
14 day returns - If returns are due to poor workmanship or damages sustained through the postal system, we will send a replacement item.If returns are due to descriptive errors we will refund the customers postage costs by prior arrangement. If any returns are received without prior arrangement we will not refund postage costs.
We will not accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive or those that arrive damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are suitably insured against loss or damage, except where we have sent a post paid returns envelope.
